FDA Hearing Preparation

This will almost definitely be a video appointment, often referred to simply as the First Appointment. It is a vital step in addressing your financial disputes.

During this appointment, both parties will put their points directly to the judge regarding what financial information is missing from the other side. You will submit a formal Questionnaire and a concise Chronology of your marriage, actively asking the judge for specific orders to force compliance.
