Transparent Costs
Clear pricing, honest support and reassurance.
When I went through the divorce process the worst part was the anxiety of receiving monthly invoices from my solicitor. The moment I decided to represent myself my anxiety and stress levels dropped dramatically and I could focus on the things that mattered for me and my wife. Navigating financial court hearings can be daunting and at times complex, but with a little support I believe most couple can reach a resolution without spending very high sums of money. I offer honest, real world, guidance at a flat rate and charged in 15 min increments. Helping you understand and organise documents without the mystery or legal jargon.
Simple Rates
You pay only for time I actually spend working.
I work for you, I am not in this to get rich, I am in it because after what I have been through, and witnessed, I believe all people need affordable support. I am happy to have an initial call with no charge. This gives you a chance to ask questions and see if we can work together. I will be clear and honest about any costs and my limitations.
My standard fee is £40 per hour.
There are no retainer fees or hidden costs, but I request the first hour to be paid in advance.
For all subsequent work, you only pay for the time I actively spend working on your case, tracked in 15-minute increments (e.g., 15 minutes of work equals £10).
To keep things simple and ensure no surprise bills, work is paid for in advance by purchasing time blocks (such as a 30-minute or 1-hour top-up). I will track my time down to the minute and let you know when your balance is running low. Payments are made safely via bank transfer.
